Account Analytics
Review the account dashboard to monitor account, member, project, and company metrics.
The Account Admin Overview dashboard displays a number of key metrics for your account, including:
- Start date
- Renewal date*
- Number of activated projects
- Number of partner companies
- Number of activated members
- Member limits by service (or module)
- Number of projects by type
- Number of companies by trade/type
* Your account renewal date is important. If you don't renew your account before this date, all access to your account and projects is blocked. If your renewal date is within 30 days, contact Autodesk Customer Support to verify that a renewal is in process, and avoid any access issues.
Important: Your renewal date might be different for each module or service you subscribe to.
Note: BIM 360 Glue customers can also view the activities, model iterations, and markups on a project-by-project basis.
To access the Account Admin Overview dashboard:
- In Account Administration, click the Analytics tab.
- Review the applicable cards displaying account, member, project, and company data.
- If necessary, click View all projects or View all companies to expand the list of projects and companies.
- For BIM 360 Glue users, scroll to the bottom of the page and click View BIM 360 Glue Metrics.
