The BIM 360 company directory keeps the master list of all companies across all projects in an account.
There are two main approaches to managing companies such as trade subcontractors in BIM 360. You can either add companies to the directory in the Account Admin module during the account setup, or add a company at a later stage, when adding a member. Any newly added company is recorded in the Activity Log.
Click Module Selector .
Click the Companies tab.
Click Add.
In the Create Company dialog box, enter the company name.
Enter or select a trade from the list.
Click Browse to upload an image as the company logo.
Optionally, enter a website URL, description, address, and phone number.
Optionally, enter the unique ERP Company ID used for this company in your ERP system.
Optionally, enter the tax ID number that can be used to connect to company data in your ERP system or external sources.
Click Save to add the company to the directory.
In Account Admin, click the Companies tab.
Select a company from the list.
To edit the company name, click .
To change the name, address or other company details, click Edit.
When done, click Save.
To remove the company from the directory, click Delete Company .
