Submittals (iOS)

Use your device to view, filter, and search the list of submittals for the project. See the Submittals topic to learn more about submittals in the Project Management module.

View Submittals

  1. Without a document opened, tap Submittals in the bottom toolbar.

  2. Tap a submittal from the list to view.

  3. While viewing the submittal, you can review details of the submittal, including the:

    • Official response
    • Attachments
    • Status
    • Assignee
    • Due date
    • Spec section
    • Number of revisions
    • Priority
    • Submittal type
    • Manager
    • Reviewer
    • Co-reviewer
    • Responsible contractor
    • Distribution list
  4. If the submittal includes an attachment, you can tap the attachment to view it.

Search Submittals

  1. Without a document opened, tap Submittals in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Use the Search bar to search for the submittal number, title, or spec section.

Filter the List of Submittals

Use filters to narrow the list of submittals.

  1. While viewing the list of submittals, click Filters near the bottom of the screen.

  2. On the Filters screen, tap the Quick Filters to easily filter the list by Assignee or Status. Available Quick Filters include:

    • Assignee:
      • Me
      • My Company
      • Any
    • Status:
      • Closed
      • In Progress
      • Any
  3. Use the remaining list of filters to filter by:

    • Status: Tap to select any of the available statuses to filter by. Multiple statuses can be selected.
    • Due Date: Tap to select a time period to filter by.
    • Assignee: Choose from a list of users and companies in the project. Multiple users and companies can be selected.
    • Spec Section: Choose from a list of any spec sections. Multiple spec sections can be selected.
  4. Click Done to exit the Filters screen and view the results.

Download Documents

  1. Without a document opened, tap Submittals in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Tap a submittal from the list to view.
  3. Tap the download icon .

Downloaded attachments can be viewed when your mobile device is not connected to a network.
