Manage attendees to control their permission levels.
There are three types of permission levels in meetings:
The table below shows a full list of permissions.
External users who are not BIM 360 members can be added to a meeting. This can be done while adding other invitees.
To be an organizer of a meeting, you must be a BIM 360 member. Meetings must have at least one organizer.
Use the More menu
next to an invitee or organizer to change their permission level.
