There are a couple things you can do to get more information about the process so we can help you debug further. You can keep a detailed log file of what LA/R does in a text file. See Creating Log File for more information. You can also use Fiddler to log the web activity by LA/R. The Fiddler log will provide information about your internet connection/traffic that may be of use. Here's how to do that:
- Install fiddler from here: http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/.
- Start fiddler. At the top is a button labeled "Any Process" click and drag that to the title bar of the Revit application. The button will switch to something like Revit:NNNN.
- Then in Revit, try the RDA analysis. Fiddler will automatically capture all internet traffic from Revit.
- When the analysis is done or fails in Revit go back to Fiddler. Click File Save. Save everything with the defaults and send the file to LAR.Feedback@autodesk.com .
