The Forms tool in Forma Build provides preconfigured templates that your team can use right away or customize for your needs. You can also set up your own custom form templates, which will give you and your team more control over your forms.
There are different levels of form templates for Forma Build:
Library: Hub administrators and standard administrators can create and manage form templates in the Library in their hub. These form templates can act as company-wide standards, where they can be individually added to projects and project templates in a hub for your team to use. Learn more
Project templates: Project administrators can create form templates inside a project template. These form templates are available in all projects created from that project template, so you don't need to add form templates to each project you create.
Individual templates: Project administrators can create form templates in any project. These form templates are only available in the project they are associated with, but they can be easily imported to other projects in the same hub.
Create project templates that include all necessary form templates from the start. The form templates can come from the Library or you can create them directly in the project template. You could also create a project template from a project that already has form templates you want to use across your company. This way, you can ensure that all projects created from project templates will have the form templates your team needs.
In the Forms tool within a project, you can create form templates by:
