Viewing Shared RFIs on Mobile

On Forma, you can view and filter RFIs shared through Bridge, but you can't share them.

• You can edit only Watchers on received RFIs in target projects.
• When you close an RFI that was previously shared through Bridge, you get a confirmation message. It says that if the RFI is bridged to other projects, those projects don't receive your changes.
• The "Out of Sync" warning appears on the RFI list and on the single RFI page, for both source and target projects.

Sharing indicators

Arrows show whether an RFI was shared or received:

• Source projects always show an outgoing arrow.
• Target projects always show an incoming arrow.

The arrows show in the RFI list and on a single RFI. They show only for RFIs that were ever shared through Bridge, and they stay even if the Bridge is removed. Bridge will upgrade this indication when it supports mobile sync endpoints.

Filter and user names

• The Shared with other projects filter is available.
• Forma shows "Bridge User" for people who aren't members of both projects.
