RFIs Shared through Bridge Activity Log
The activity log for RFIs shared through Bridge provides a comprehensive summary of the RFI's journey across connected projects. This aligns with the standard RFI activity tracking but is optimized for cross-project visibility. While standard RFIs track every individual action, RFIs shared through Bridge create a consolidated summary of key events.
Key activities tracked in the source project include:
- Status changes
- Response submissions
- Official response selection
- Closure and distribution
A new activity type will be created in the receiving target projects - "RFI was shared from a project"
- This activity type acts as a summary of any important action that happened on the source project, and lists the involved users and times
- The user names and company name are text values, to act as a snapshot
