The activity log for RFIs shared through Bridge shows a summary of key events across connected projects. Standard RFIs track every individual action. RFIs shared through Bridge keep one consolidated summary instead.

Key events include:

• Status changes
• Response submissions
• Official response selection
• Closure and distribution

Each target project gets a new activity type: "RFI was shared from a project."

• This activity type summarizes the important actions that happened in the source project. It lists the users involved and when each action happened.
• User names and company names are saved as text, so later changes in the source project don't change them.

The summary activity lists:

• Shared from project (account)

• Official response

• Official response attachments, as links to the files

• Official response by (user) at (time). This is the Coordinator or Manager who created the official response.

• Question

• Closed by (user) at (time). This is the Manager or administrator who closed the RFI.

• Reopened by (user) at (time). This is the Manager or administrator who reopened the RFI.

• Responded by (user1, user2, user3, ... user10) at (time). These are the names of the reviewers who provided the responses.

• Moved to review by (user) at (time). This is the Coordinator, Manager, or administrator who moved the RFI to review.

• Created by (user) at (time)
