Elevation Exaggeration

The Visualization Display has a slider on the left side used to exaggerate elevations. This is useful when you are working with minimal slope changes that are difficult to see.

For example, this site is unexaggerated and has elevations ranging from 1430 to 1485 meters. It is difficult to see some of the subtle elevation changes.

This is the same view exaggerated.

While it is not a realistic view, more clearly shows the changes that occur in elevation.

Note: Exaggeration does not affect the optimization. It is simply changing the perspective of what you see.
