Within a Revit File, you can switch between viewing styles and different sheets. You can also use the model browser, and inspect your properties.
Manage which layers of a DWG are displayed by select (or de-selecting) options in the Layers menu, in the top left.
You can navigate around your scans. You can also add annotations and view states. And if you share this file with colleagues in Autodesk Drive, they can view & annotate as well.
