Domain Requirements

Products and tools on the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform require certain domains to be allowed to function as expected.

If you are encountering connectivity issues to Autodesk Construction Cloud platform products, try to identify the security feature that is causing the issue:

Antivirus / Antimalware systems
Firewall
Proxy Server
Spam filter
VPN (Virtual Private Network)

Ask your IT department to help you identify the security feature that is blocking the traffic. For example, proxy servers or antimalware software can be deactivated temporarily in a test environment to test the affected workflows with simple test data, unrelated to confidential project data.
