Account Settings

Account settings include the account name and the account ID. The account name is used throughout the products and appears in email notifications to your employees and external partners. The account name is assigned when you purchase subscriptions for your organization's account, but you can edit that name. The account ID is used when you need to contact customer support.

You can also limit project administrator capabilities through the settings.

Edit Account Settings

  1. Click Settings from the left navigation to open the account settings.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Enter a new account name.
  4. Click Save.

Advanced Settings

Account administrators can control some capabilities of project administrators. You can toggle on and off for the following abilities:

Account administrators can also reduce visibility to sensitive information by hiding the members tool from project members. Project administrators can still see the members tool. The members list still appears in workflows that require a member to be assigned.

Subscriptions Settings

Account administrators can set up the account to automatically assign Build Unlimited subscriptions when members access a project.
