Import Classification Structures into Projects

In Project Admin, project administrators can upload classification structures that are project-specific or source them from the hub Library to use them across the project.

To manage project-level classifications:

1. Open Project Admin in the project.

2. Click Classifications in the left navigation menu.

3. Click Import structure.

   

4. Select Upload XLSX file or Import from library.

   • Upload XLSX file: Upload an XLSX file with the structure and codes you want to use in the project.

     1. Download the classifications template to review the required format.
     2. Complete the template with the structure and codes you want to use
     3. Follow the previous steps and upload the file in the import window.
     4. Review the structure and codes in the preview window. Edit the structure name and description if needed.
     5. Click Import.

     

   • Import from library:

     1. Select one or more structures that are already in the hub Library
     2. Confirm by clicking Import when prompted.
