The final step in the extraction process is to save your drawings to folders. These can include folders with a naming standard applied.
After your drawings are extracted and saved to a folder, automatic hyperlinks will be turned on for that folder and all its subfolders. This means that any sheet number callouts are automatically converted into links if they reference drawings with the same sheet number attribute value in the folder and its subfolders. See Automatic Hyperlinks Settings for more details.
Before you click Save in the Review and Edit Attributes area:
Remove any pages that you don't want to extract
Edit or bulk edit attributes values if necessary
Ensure that there are no sheet number or custom attribute errors for any of the pages. If the Save button is disabled, you need either need to remove those pages or to resolve these errors before continuing.
Members can save pages as individual PDF files to a folder or a new subfolder along with the captured attributes.

If you've selected a folder with a naming standard applied or required attributes, you'll need to check and correct any non-compliant attributes values in the file validator before the files display in the target folder. See the Save to a Naming Standard Enforced Folder section for more details.
Your files will save using the sheet number as the file name. Once you've files are saved, you will be redirected to the relevant folder in the Files tool.
If you are saving pages from single page PDFs, only the attributes will save to the existing PDF file as no new file is created.
Once the attributes are saved, you will be redirected to the folder where you can see the existing file with the captured attributes and values.
If you've selected a mix of multi and single page PDF drawings to extract, you'll be asked to select a folder in the save process.
