You can manually edit attribute values, and bulk edit including using rules in the Review and edit attributes step.
To manually edit attribute values, simply click in the relevant attribute field in the area and enter your changes.
Click Bulk edit to view options to bulk edit the sheet number, sheet title, and custom attributes for the pages you've selected.
Click this option to give each page the same sheet number as the file name. For example, for a PDF file called 5 - Drawing Package.pdf, the sheet number becomes 5 - Drawing Package for each page. As you're not allowed duplicate sheet numbers, you will need to edit these either manually or by bulk editing and applying rules to create unique sheet numbers.
Add a numeric character to the Start count at field and preview the sheet numbers of all selected pages in the After column.
You can apply rules to pages to bulk edit sheet numbers. This is useful if you have duplicates you want to make unique, or you want to add, trim, keep, or replace characters. You can add multiple rules.
Select Apply rules to Sheet number
Before column, you can see the sheet numbers or titles before the rules are applied.
After column show a preview of the sheet numbers or titles for the selected pages after the rules are applied.
Click Add rule to add one, or a combination of the following rules:
You can enter a prefix or suffix. If there is no sheet number or title, only the prefix and/or suffix will display.
You can define how many characters to cut:
You can keep characters with the same options as Trim characters above.
Enter the text in the Text field that you want to replace and the replacement text in the With field.
Click Reset sheet numbers to reset the pages with their previously extracted or saved values.
The Apply rules to sheet titles option works identically to Apply Rules to Sheet Numbers.
