Exporting file logs in provides crucial benefits like quick project oversight, compliance adherence, enhanced auditing, and streamlined data analysis, letting teams to track file versions, member activity, and changes for better control, accountability, and efficient reporting to external stakeholders.
You can export a file log of all current version of files from a selected folder only, or a selected folder including all its subfolders.
You need View only folder permission or above to export a files log.
Click the More menu
next to the relevant folder
Select Export files log
You have the following options:

You will receive an email containing a link to download the files log.
Once you have downloaded and opened the files log, the Overview tab of the XLSX spreadsheet contains the following information:
The Files tab contains the entries for each file and displays all default system attributes, including:
Folder Name and Path
Name
Software version: This details the version of Revit used to create the relevant RVT file.
Model type
Revision: This shows the revision information for the file.

Published to:
Markup
Size
Shared
Last Updated
Updated By
Review Status
If custom attributes have been selected then these will display after the default system attributes.
