You can import and export naming standards between projects to aid consistency and save time recreating the same naming standard multiple times. You can also download and edit the default ISO 19650 naming standard template to import into your projects.
You can import a naming standard to a project using an XLSX file which is either of the following:
Click the Files tool.
Click Settings.
Hover Compliance.
Click Naming Standards.
Click Create naming standard.
Click From imported XLSX file.
Either:
Drag the naming standard file into the import area; or
Click choose a file and select the naming standard file.

Click Import.
The naming standard is checked for template format errors. See Resolve Imported Template Format Errors below.
If there are no errors, or the errors are resolved and the file imported again, you will preview the naming standard.
Click Create from import.
The naming standard is checked to see if any attributes conflict with attributes which already exist in the project. See Resolve Naming Standard Attribute Conflicts
When you attempt to import naming standard, we'll check if the template adheres to the required format. If not, a table specifies each error and provides guidance on how to resolve them before attempting the import again.

Work through each error in the table and edit your Excel naming standard accordingly.
Save the file when you have revised the naming standard by resolving all the errors.
Import the file again.
Click the Files tool.
Click Settings.
Hover Compliance.
Click Naming Standards.
Click the More menu
of the naming standard that you want to export.

Click Export.
The naming standard will download to your local downloads folder as an XLSX file. This file is formatted to import into another project.
