Analyze Safety Risk Factors

A project requires instant visibility of high-risk areas to ensure timely action​ can be taken to reduce the number of safety incidents.

The Safety Risk Factors card consolidates key data from other cards to summarize the contributing factors to a project's daily safety risk rating as detailed in the Safety Risk Today card.

Safety Risk Factors Card

The Safety Risk Factors card is added by default to the Risk and Safety features in the Insight tool. If the card has been hidden, it can be added again from the Card Library.

The table view displays risks from the following cards:

• High Safety Risk Subcontractors: See all subcontractors with a high safety risk, with a breakdown of the total number of high safety risk issues, positive observations and housekeeping issues for each subcontractor.

• High Safety Risk Issues: See all high safety risk issues by risk type including hazard, days open, and status. This is a more detailed view of the High Safety Risk Issues bar chart. Construction IQ reviews all issues with Type = Safety to predict and tag the issue as high-risk.

• Housekeeping Issues: See all housekeeping issues including days open, status, and assignee. This is a more detailed view of the Housekeeping Issue pie chart. Construction IQ reviews all issues with Type = Safety to classify housekeeping issues as Hazard = Housekeeping and Risk = Other.

• Positive Observations: See all positive safety observations including by assignee. This excludes negative safety observations and issues and is a more detailed view of the Positive Observations bar chart. Construction IQ reviews all issues with Type = Safety to understand sentiment and help safety managers reward and encourage good behavior.
