Automatic Subscription Assignment (Token Flex)

If you have a Token Flex subscription, you can set up default assignments in Autodesk User Management to automatically assign your Token Flex subscriptions to members as they are added to your account or projects.

Important: While Automatic Subscription is turned on, you can't unassign subscriptions from your account members using Account Admin. Instead, you need to remove the subscription through Autodesk User Management.

Setting default assignments

  1. Go to Autodesk User Management

  2. Switch to the Settings tab.

  3. Click Set up default assignments

  4. Check the box next to the product you would like subscriptions to be automatically assigned

  5. Click Save changes
