Quantity Based View in Cash Flow and Connection to Date Range Resources – Date range resources are available for distribution in the cash flow view. You can view quantities per period as an alternative to dollars. You can add resources bidirectionally.
The Cash Flow tab within the Forecast tool has a new distribute option based on date range resources.
Once you establish the connection between cash flow and date range–based resources, any additional resources added will appear in both areas. Cash flow now supports a quantities-based view (by hours, weeks, or days), which automatically converts values based on the project's time settings.
Actual Cost Flyout Enhancement – The bottom Actual Cost flyout within the Budget Overview now retains your selected columns, filters, and groupings the next time you open it.
Custom Budget Column Enhancement – Custom budget columns now support up to 20 IF statements.
Budget Picker Enhancement – The budget picker now lets you select batches and groups.
Compliance Enhancements – New features enhance compliance. See the Work with Compliance Requirements article to learn more.
Condition-based requirements. A new setting lets administrators define compliance rules tied to specific statuses of contracts and change orders. Make sure you select the Condition radio button. For example, you could create a condition where you can't create Supplier Change Orders (SCOs) unless the contract is in an Executed status.
Compliance for RFQs can be used to require suppliers with collaborate access to include relevant compliance documentation as part of their quotation submission. You can find this in Settings under the Change Order tab in the Compliance Requirements section.
RFQ Quotation Attachments – Attachments uploaded to RFQ responses are now also available at the cost item level. You can review quotations directly in the other Change Order tables such as PCO.
See Available Budget when Creating Transfers – Users with Budget access can now see the available budget in the budget picker when creating transfers.
E-Signature Adapter Enhancements – The E-Signature adapter includes the following enhancements. See Configure and Use E-signature Integration to learn more.
Project-Level Sign-In - A single team member can now sign in using their e-signature account (for example, company login). Once authenticated, all users on the project will automatically gain access to the e-signature workflow through that account.
Role as a Signer Type - A new signer type, Role, is now available when configuring signers in the e-signature workflow at both the account and project levels. The account administrator defines the list of selectable roles in Account Admin, ensuring consistency across ACC.
Editability Before Sending - You can now edit the subject line, message, signer list, and CC recipients just before sending. Previously, these fields were fixed based on the Library template and you couldn't modify them at send time.
Approval Workflow Enhancements – The approval workflow step indicator now provides visibility into the reviewers who submitted during earlier steps.
