You can specify settings for drawing sheet, a drawing border, and a title block in the Preferences dialog box.
It also creates a set of drawing views based on the projection angle settings. The Preferences dialog box controls the default settings for the following as well:
The settings in the Preferences dialog box are applied to each new drawing you create. Hence, changes you make to these settings have no impact on existing drawings.
With the Document Settings dialog box, you can modify these settings for existing drawings. Changes you make in this dialog box (except for the projection angle setting) impact all existing objects within the current drawing.
