After creating or editing Installation Time information, verify that Installation Time information is being calculated correctly by doing the following:
- Right-click the item, and select Cost Breakdown.
- In the Cost Breakdown dialog, expand the Installation Cost collection to verify that the values are accurate.
- If the Installation Cost is 0.00, review the following to determine if anything should be adjusted, or is not set correctly:
- Labour Rates
Installation Rate: The value should be set as required.
- Installation Time Table
Labour: Select a rate; for example: Skilled*.
- Installation Time Table: Make sure there are no missing sizes.
- Connector setting
E-Rate: Select a rate; for example: Skilled*.
