Trim Marking is a feature that can be used in Profiler to trim marked lines that extend beyond the cut outline of parts. Having marked lines that extend beyond the cut outline of parts can happen after importing a DXF file containing a number of parts.
To use the Trim Marking feature:
- Do one of the following:
- In the menu bar along the top of the CAMduct application window, click Profiler
Trim Marking.
- Type the command TRIMMARKING and press Enter.
- Type the command shortcut TM and press Enter.
- In the menu bar along the top of the CAMduct application window, click Profiler
Any marked lines that extend beyond the cut outline of parts are automatically trimmed, and the following prompt displays: Trim Marking Completed.
