Function that returns the specified BRepLumpDefinition object using an index into the collection.

Syntax

"bRepLumpDefinitions_var" is a variable referencing a BRepLumpDefinitions object.
returnValue = bRepLumpDefinitions_var.item(index)
"bRepLumpDefinitions_var" is a variable referencing a BRepLumpDefinitions object.
