Get the URL for a given LibraryLocations.

Syntax

"cAMTemplateLibrary_var" is a variable referencing a CAMTemplateLibrary object.
returnValue = cAMTemplateLibrary_var.urlByLocation(location)
"cAMTemplateLibrary_var" is a variable referencing a CAMTemplateLibrary object.
