ChamferFeature.setTwoDistances Method

Changes the type of chamfer to be a two distances chamfer.

Syntax

"chamferFeature_var" is a variable referencing a ChamferFeature object.
returnValue = chamferFeature_var.setTwoDistances(distanceOne, distanceTwo)
"chamferFeature_var" is a variable referencing a ChamferFeature object.

boolean Returns true if the feature is successfully changed

Parameters

Name Type Description
distanceOne ValueInput A ValueInput object that defines the distanceOne of the chamfer. This distance is along the face which is on the left of the selected edge. If the ValueInput uses a real then it is interpreted as centimeters. If it is a string then the units can be defined as part of the string (i.e. "2 in"). If no units are specified it is interpreted using the current default units for length.
distanceTwo ValueInput A ValueInput object that defines the distanceTwo of the chamfer. This distance is along the face which is on the right of the selected edge. If the ValueInput uses a real then it is interpreted as centimeters. If it is a string then the units can be defined as part of the string (i.e. "2 in"). If no units are specified it is interpreted using the current default units for length.
