Provides access to the construction planes within a component and provides methods to create new construction planes.

Returns the specified construction plane using the name of the construction plane as it is displayed in the browser. |

| isValid | Indicates if this object is still valid, i.e. hasn't been deleted or some other action done to invalidate the reference. |
