Graph.canEvaluateGraph Method

Description

Check if all the channels in the graph can be evaluated and in a good state.

"graph_var" is a variable referencing a Graph object.returnValue = graph_var.canEvaluateGraph()

"graph_var" is a variable referencing a Graph object.
