PowerMillImportedToolLibrary.convertToToolLibrary Method

Description

Returns a ToolLibrary containing the successfully converted tools and holders.

Tools that failed to import are excluded. Tools with warning-level issues are included only when isIncludingToolsWithWarnings is true. Tools with errors are never included.
