Description

Sets this draft to define a parting line type of draft where the parting line moves in and out from the part to create the specified draft angle of the faces connected to the parting line.

To use this method, you need to position the timeline marker to immediately before this feature. This can be accomplished using the following code: thisFeature.timelineObject.rollTo(True)

"draftFeature_var" is a variable referencing a DraftFeature object.

boolean	Returns true if setting the draft type was successful.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
partingLineCurves	Base[]	An array that contain a combination of sketch curves and BRepEdge objects to define the parting line.
isChained	boolean	If true, curves that are connected to any of the input parting line curves will also be included in the parting line.
direction	MovingPartingLineDirections	Specifies how the angle is calculated to determine how the parting line is moved.
fixedEdges	BRepEdge[]	An array containing the edges that should not deform when the parting line moves. The array can be empty in the case where no fixed edges are used.
