LoftedFlangeFeature.facetControlParameter Property

Description

Returns the model parameter that controls the faceting approximation. This is only applicable when the forming type is BrakeFormLoftedFlangeFormingType; returns null for DieFormLoftedFlangeFormingType.

The meaning of the parameter depends on the current facetControlType: ChordToleranceLoftedFlangeFacetControlType — maximum chord tolerance distance FacetAngleLoftedFlangeFacetControlType    — maximum angle between adjacent facet normals FacetDistanceLoftedFlangeFacetControlType — maximum facet edge length FacetNumberLoftedFlangeFacetControlType   — fixed number of facets (integer, 1–1000)

Use the setFacetControlByXxx methods to change the active facet control type and value.
