The Spiral Finishing strategy offers several different modes of operation.

The mode is selected from the Spiral Mode drop-down list located on the Passes tab.

Selecting Spiral Mode*-

The first two modes, Spiral and Spiral with circles, produce similar results, with the exception that Spiral with circles creates an extra circular pass at the inner and outer radii.

The last mode, Concentric circles, produce a pattern of concentric circles that are then linked. It does not actually produce a spiral, but rather a circular pattern as shown below.
