Notes adding reference

Add notes for each operation.

To add notes for each operation, in the Browser, right-click, then select Edit Notes. The notes can be output in the generated setup sheets or NC programs. The notes are generally used to convey important information to the CNC operator. The HTML setup sheet includes notes by default. Most generic posts need to be updated to include notes.
