Facing with 2D Adaptive Clearing reference

Facing the part using 2D Adaptive Clearing.

In the Manufacture workspace, you can perform a facing operation using 2D Adaptive Clearing by doing the following:

  1. On the Geometry tab, under Pocket Selections, expand the Geometry Selections drop-down list and choose Pockets.

  2. Click the Stock Contours checkbox, expand the Geometry Selections drop-down list, and choose Chain to select the stock contour for the facing operation.
