Avoid more linking motion than may be desired at the corners of the pockets.
By default, Adaptive Clearing clears the levels starting from the stock that remain immediately after ramping/plunging down. This produces a typical spiral pattern for pockets. This approach can result in more linking motion than may be desired at the corners of the pockets.
You can avoid this by enabling the Use Slot Clearing setting on the Passes tab. When enabled, a pocket is cleared using a slot along its middle before continuing with a spiral motion towards the pocket wall.
