In the Browser, right-click the NC program, and then choose Setup Sheet.
The Publish Setup Sheet dialog opens.
Enter the Name for the setup sheet and select the hub project folder Location to store it.
In the example below, there is a folder just for setup sheets. Depending on how your folders are structured, you may choose to store them in the same folder as your project.
Click Save.
The setup sheet is generated and displayed in Fusion.
The Summary section at the top of the setup sheet is an overview about the project. Totals, times, date stamp, design source, number of tools, minimum and maximum travels are listed.
The Tool section contains the information specified in the tool library. Additionally, the cycle time for the operation, cutting distance, the maximum Z and minimum Z range are shown.
The Setup section contains information about the stock size.
The Operations section gives detailed information about each operation.
All of this may be more than you require for your setup sheet. That is why there are different configurations available. Select the Configuration pull down to see the variety of styles available. Most of these are self explanatory. Select each and visually review the contents. The setup sheet updates instantaneously.
To the right of the Configuration pull down you will find the print icon to create a hard copy of the setup sheet.
