Create and manage selection sets

Learn how to create selection sets in the Browser to save and reuse groups of selected objects in Fusion.

Create a selection set

1. Select objects in the Canvas or Browser.
2. Right-click the selection.
3. Click Create Selection Set.
4. Enter a name, then press Enter.

The new selection set appears in the Selection Set folder in the Browser.

Select objects in a set

1. In the Browser, expand the Selection Set folder.
2. Hover the cursor over the set that you want to select.
3. Click Select

The objects in the selection set are selected in the Browser, Canvas, and Timeline.

Update a selection set

1. Select the all the objects you want to include in the set.
2. In the Browser, hover the cursor over the set that you want to override.
3. Click Update.

The original selection is overridden and the selection set updates to include only the selected objects.

Delete a set

1. Right-click the selection set.
2. Click Delete.

The selection set is deleted from the Browser.
