Image reference (Drawing workspace)

In the Image dialog, you can insert images in the Drawing workspace in Fusion.

Templates

If you plan to reuse title blocks, borders, document settings, or sheet settings across multiple drawings, create a drawing template to save time and apply consistent standards. You can also create placeholder views and placeholder tables that automatically generate drawing views and part lists from the referenced design when you use the template to create a new drawing.

Access the Image dialog

On the toolbar, select Insert > Image .

Select Image

Click to display the Insert dialog and select an image.

Supported file formats:

PNG
JPG
JPEG
TIF
TIFF

X Distance

Specify a distance value to move the image along the X axis.

Y Distance

Specify a distance value to move the image along the Y axis.

Rotation Angle

Specify a rotation angle to rotate the image.

Scale

Specify a value to scale the image.
