Importing libraries into Fusion

There are multiple ways to import electronics libraries into Fusion depending on your source:

• Import libraries from EAGLE or Library.io — If migrating from EAGLE or using Library.io managed libraries, use the Library Manager to import your libraries and preserve link information.

• Upload from a local .lbr file — Import library from a local file via the Data Panel. We do not recommend this method for EAGLE managed libraries as it will break the link to Library.io.

After importing

• Update existing designs: Use the swap libraries feature to replace private library references in your designs with the corresponding hub libraries.
• Import private packages: Import private packages if your library uses them.
