Add non-plated holes to a 2D PCB

  1. In the Electronics workspace, on the 2D PCB document Design toolbar, click Place > Hole (NPTH) Hole icon to add a non-plated through hole.

  2. In the Hole (NPTH) dialog, review and adjust the Drill setting (hole diameter).

  3. Move the cursor to the intended hole location.

    Note: The X and Y distances from the design origin are reported along the top of the canvas.

  4. Click to place the hole.
