Break out a bus

  1. On the Schematic Design toolbar, select Connect > Break Out Bus Add Bus breakout icon.
  2. If a bus is selected, the Break Out Bus dialog displays a list of nets.
  3. If no bus is selected, select the bus from which you will break out nets. The available nets populate the Nets list.
  4. Check the Alias or short name for the bus, and modify it if desired.
  5. In the Nets section, select the nets to break out. Deselect any you do not want broken out.
  6. Click Done.
