About changing data values

The challenge of using the Change feature is knowing the context of the data value, to avoid mistaken use. Some examples:

• Cap sets the shape of the end of a wire arc
• Class refers to net class
• Display values apply to libraries
• Dline, Dtype, and Dunit configure the dimensioning applied to circuit boards
• Ratio and Size apply to label text
• Attribute Set applies to components

Values can often be modified more safely from an object's right-click menu or boxes on the Inspector panel.
