Convert a shape to a copper pour

Convert a closed shape to a copper pour, which carries a signal and fills with copper.

1. Right-click the closed shape you want to convert.
2. Select Convert to Copper Pour, then choose whether to copy the shape or replace it.
3. In the Convert to Copper Pour dialog, select the copper layer you want the copper pour to be on.
4. Enter a name for the signal, then complete the dialog.

To convert a closed shape to a shape that carries no signal, use Convert to Polygon Shape in the same menu. See .
