Move components onto the 2D PCB

Drag components onto the board to start locating them on the board.

1. In the Electronics workspace, on the 2D PCB document Design toolbar, click Modify > Move to open the Move panel.
2. In the canvas, click the anchor (+ sign) at the center of a component and drag it onto the board.
3. Repeat to place other components on the board.
4. Whan all components are placed, click Done to close the Move panel.
