Open the Attributes dialog

Use the Attributes dialog to assign and manage attributes for component variants, components, or libraries in Fusion Electronics.

Prerequisites

1. Open an existing library or create a new library.
2. Make sure you are viewing attributes for the desired component variant.

Steps

You can open the Attributes dialog using any of the following methods:

From the Variant Panel

1. In the Component Editor, locate the Variant panel on the right.
2. Right-click a variant in the variant table, then select Attribute Sets.

From the toolbar

1. From the Component tab in the toolbar, click Component > Attribute.

From the Content Manager

1. Select a component in the Content Manager.
2. In the bottom section of the panel, click the View Attributes link.

The Attributes dialog shows a table of attribute values for the selected variant.

Next steps

1. Edit attribute values: Double-click any cell in the table to edit the attribute value.
2. Create attributes: Use the buttons in the lower-left corner of the dialog to create a new attribute set or add a custom attribute.
