Replace a component with another

  1. On the Schematic Design toolbar, click Replace Replace icon.
  2. In the library, select the replacement item, then click OK.
  3. Back in the drawing, click the item to be replaced.
    • If the replacement is approved, it is made, and the new component remains on the cursor for you to do another replacement.
    • If the replacement is not approved, a message appears, explaining the problem.
