Fixed constraint in the Generative Design workspace

A constraint that removes degrees of freedom.

It prevents the target face, edge, vertex or body from moving or deforming in the specified directions. When a fixed constraint is applied, the rotation is blocked/fixed on a selected displacement (Ux, Uy, Uz) of an object.

Padlock icons indicate the location of fixed constraints.
