Edit designs

You can open designs in the Desktop or Web to edit a Fusion design in your project directly from the Fusion web client.

If you have Autodesk Desktop Connector installed, you can edit designs locally while they are stored in the cloud.

Note:

Editing a design on the desktop does not check out and lock it. Other people can make concurrent edits. Each time the design is saved locally, a new version is saved back to the cloud. Concurrent edits are saved as separate versions in the Fusion web client. Changes need to be reconciled manually.
