Workflow management

Fusion Manage

Fusion Manage requires a separate license and can be used with Fusion or independently. Learn more.

About workflows

Manage business processes by creating workflow maps in the Workflow Editor. Each map uses states and transitions to control how items move through the process.

For more information, see About workflows.

Workflow editor

In Fusion Manage, workflows appear as interactive maps made of states and transitions. You move items through the workflow by selecting available transitions until the process completes.

For more information, see Workflow editor.

Create a workflow map

Use the Workflow Editor to build workflow maps: add states, connect them with transitions, and define permissions, conditions, and actions. You can reuse existing elements, customize behavior, and validate the workflow before you save.

For more information, see Create a workflow map.

Set up workflow reminders

Configure reminders to notify approvers when a transition is pending. You can set how often reminders are sent, whether weekends are included, and how many times they repeat for each workflow state.

For more information, see Set up workflow reminders.

Set up workflow escalations

Configure escalations when an item stays in a workflow state longer than allowed. Depending on your configuration, an escalation can grant additional permissions, run a transition, or execute a script after a specified number of days.

For more information, see Set up workflow escalations.
