Work with Items

With Fusion Manage, items can be drawings, designs, and change orders. You can open items, bookmark them, print them, and more.

Open an Item

• Click an item link.

  The item opens in full screen view. If the item was opened from the workspace list, the item opens to the right of the item list. You can continue browsing the list while keeping the selected item open.

Browse Items

• Click Previous or Next to navigate the item list while viewing the items.

Close an Item

• In the upper-right corner of the item header, click Close.

Hide or Show the Item List

• In the item header, click Full View or Split View. Full View displays the item full screen. Split View shows both the item list in the workspace as well as the open item.

Change the Displayed Revision of the Open Item

• If an item is revision controlled, you can select which revision of the item is currently open. In the item header, click the Revision drop-down and select a revision from the list. The data in the item tabs changes to reflect the selected revision of the item.

Bookmark an Item

1. Open the item.
2. In the item header, click the bookmark toggle.

Print an Item

1. Click Print. If the workspace has more than one print view available, select a print view.

   The item is previewed in a separate browser tab.

2. Print the item using the browser's print feature.
